I’m a personal trainer with over 13 years of fitness and exercise experience. I first began training in the gym at the age of 14 after a serious rugby injury which prevented me from playing the sport for 18 months. Since then it has been an integral part of my routine, and I’ve enjoyed the challenge of bettering myself both physically and mentally every day.
Following a sustainable health and fitness routine has allowed me to build self discipline and operate at a high level whilst studying for a degree at Edinburgh University and handling the increasing demands of my growing business.
I founded Athletic Aesthetic during the pandemic and since then have helped hundreds of busy professionals improve their health and fitness and achieve the lean, athletic physique that everyone wants but doesn’t know how to achieve.
My mission is to help people not only achieve their health and fitness goals, but also to perform at a higher standard in all areas of their life and ultimately realise that they can do and achieve more.

We combine strength, endurance and mobility training to help you build a physique that not only looks great but also performs well and will be able to do so for the foreseeable. We run performance and mobility screening tests with every client before they come on board so that we can create a plan that is tailored fully to them. Each client’s plan is built around their individual goals, time availability, career, and values.
NUTRITION & HEALTH
We place high value around nutrition and health - what you put in your body dictates how you look, work and also feel. With the help of our in-house Performance Nutritionist, each client follows a nutritional approach that works for them, whether that is tracking calories and macros or following a personalised meal plan.
RECOVERY & STRESS MANAGEMENT
If you want the best results, you must recover as hard as you train. Our personalised programme structure and recovery protocols are designed to support recovery and complement your lifestyle. We collect key data points from all our clients and encourage frequent communication so that we can adapt programmes on demand when necessary.

A key part of our programme is ensuring our clients can achieve their desired results without it negatively impacting other areas of their life. We teach them how to manage meals out, work events and holidays seamlessly.
